What to include

For a sizing question, send your child's height, the room dimensions and a photograph of the space. That is usually enough for us to tell you exactly what fits.

For an existing order, quote the order number.

For made to measure, send measurements and a rough sketch. We will tell you honestly whether it can be done and what it will cost.

For nurseries and schools, include your setting name, Ofsted URN or company number and child numbers, and we will route it to the trade desk. See Nurseries and Schools.
