Free UK delivery on everything
Every order, every size, no minimum. A five pound step stool and a two thousand pound room package both ship free to any UK mainland address. The cost is in the price rather than bolted on at checkout, which we think is the honest way round.

Made to order lead times
Most of what we sell is cut and finished after you order it. The lead time is stated on every product page, usually three to six weeks. Made to measure work runs six to ten weeks. The delivery times above start when the piece is finished.
Two person delivery
Anything large enough to need two people comes on a two person service at no extra cost. The crew will carry it to the room you want it in. They do not assemble, and they cannot take packaging away unless you ask when booking.
Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland
Still free, but allow an extra 3 to 5 working days. Some pallet routes to the islands run weekly rather than daily.
Outside the UK
We ship to Ireland and most of Europe. Rates are quoted at checkout by weight and volume. Duties and import taxes are payable by you on arrival.
Assembly
Everything arrives flat packed with an Allen key, numbered parts and instructions that use pictures rather than paragraphs. A bed takes about an hour with two people. If you would rather not, we can quote for assembly at delivery on room packages.
If something arrives damaged
Photograph the packaging before you open it further and email us within 48 hours. Pallet freight is rough and occasionally a corner takes a knock. We replace the affected panel, not the whole item, and usually within a week.
