These terms govern your use of kidsizefurniture.com and any order you place. Last updated 12 September 2026.
1. Who we are
Kidsize is a trading name of HOMART LIMITED, registered in England and Wales, company number 15257354, registered office 30 Uphall Road, Ilford, England, IG1 2JF. Email support@homartuk.com. Telephone 07868 375682.
2. The contract
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we send a dispatch confirmation, or for made to order goods when we confirm the piece has entered production. If we cannot accept an order we will tell you and refund in full.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling and include UK delivery. We take payment at the point of order. If a price is obviously wrong and you could reasonably have spotted it as a mispricing, we may cancel and refund rather than supply at that price.
4. Description of goods
Photographs are indicative. Solid timber varies in grain and colour between boards, and deepens with age and light. Dimensions on each page are accurate to plus or minus 3mm. Where a product is shown styled with items we do not sell, only the furniture described is included.
5. Assembly, installation and safety
Products arrive flat packed and must be assembled following the supplied instructions. Where a product requires fixing to a wall, it must be fixed before use; the correct restraint is supplied but wall plugs are not, because the right fixing depends on your wall construction. We are not liable for loss or injury arising from incorrect assembly, failure to use a supplied anti tip restraint, use of an incorrectly sized mattress, or use of a product outside its stated age guidance.
Upper bunks are not recommended for children under six, in line with BS EN 747.
6. Made to measure
Made to measure and colour matched items are produced to your specification and cannot be cancelled once production has begun, except where faulty. We confirm dimensions and finish in writing and require your written approval before cutting.
7. Returns
Your cancellation and refund rights are set out in full on our Returns and Refunds page, which forms part of these terms.
8. Our liability
We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our liability in connection with an order is limited to the price paid for it, and we are not liable for loss of profit or any indirect or consequential loss. If you are a consumer we are liable for foreseeable loss caused by our failure to use reasonable care and skill.
9. Events outside our control
We are not liable for delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including timber supply, carrier failure, fire or flood. Where such an event materially delays an order you may cancel for a full refund.
10. Intellectual property
All text, photography, drawings and design on this site belong to HOMART LIMITED and may not be reproduced without written permission.
11. Data
See our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing law
The law of England and Wales governs these terms, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your own courts.
13. General
If any part of these terms is unenforceable the rest continues to apply. The version in force is the one published when you order.
